Did you ever hear the expression, "We are what we continually do"?  That is another way of saying
that human beings tend to be creatures of habit, and our habits define us - good and bad. Applying this
same concept in a different way, consider that "We learn what we continually see and hear...".  This
is how we learn to add and subtract, remember names of people we meet, recall tag lines from our
favorite brands, and more.  

Participating in lectures (livestream or self-directed), reading study material, taking quizzes, and using
